The community of Willow Grove Mill is located in Middletown, DE. Established in 2004, the community is made up of more than 587 single-family homes and townhomes. Willow Grove Mill is located behind the Middletown Police Department off of Route 299 with easy access to Route 1 and Route 13.
Changes to the 2024 Assessment Process
The HOA has moved to a centralized system for homeowner management. We are now using PayHOA to mail invoices, collect dues, and perform management functions. This new system allows homeowners to view their account, make payments online, setup automatic payments, and keep track of their homeowner account.
We are no longer accepting payments through PayPal. Online payments can now be made in this new system. Checks continue to be accepted but are now sent to a California post office box to be processed by our software partner.
